The Big Cheese inc truck books and schedules events as they come in, first come first served. To ensure and guarantee your events, we would like to have them booked at least two weeks prior. Also, an event isn't considered as being guaranteed and booked until a 1/3 deposit has been received with a signed contract of services. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event (before service begins). If Client Cancels After seven days prior to the event date, the deposit will NOT be refunded. If client cancels less than forty-eight hours prior to the event, the full amount of event is to be paid to the big cheese Inc.
It is not our responsibility to contact you, if we spoke about an event and I have not heard back from you within four weeks before your event, it will not be held.
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER
All events will be charged 20% gratuity, travel fees, and sales tax. if it's a overnight event, there is an additional fee. All events are two hours each additional hour is extra. We love what we do and we do our best to make sure your event is amazing. When we're preparing the menu for you and your guests its specially made just for you so when booking its very important you provide the accurate total expected. a total guest count will help the truck prepare appropriately.
